terror attack in aspen?
i'm sitting out here in woody creek and hearing reports that all of aspen is shut off due to terror attacks. the rumor is that the bomb squad has found 3 bombs with chemicals in town. all of the center core about 16 blocks has been shut down. supposedly the bank was robbed today of $5 million too.

Oh no ! Rich white people are in trouble ? First Israel and Palestine....now this....We as Americans should devote all of our money and efforts to helping the helpless rich white people of Aspen. We cant allow terrorists to hurt Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon. What is the world coming to ?

Er... I'm sure that last comment was in jest, but wow. I know a lot of people ACTUALLY think this way, and I should preface what I'm about to say by letting you know, I'm no humanitarian. I don't ride a recumbent bicycle, I think animals taste good, I hate granola and I think 'organic' is code for 'a good quick way to get E Coli'... but man, um... people are people, regardless of income or color. It kind of annoys me that your life has less value depending upon your race. I don't know, it seems that people believe that it's some how progress to pick a new race and / or sect of people to tear down. May be it's just human nature to pick a group to blame for the worlds problems.
One more thing. I'm sorry to hear about Zynga. I can't image how tough it has to be losing her on the Holidays.
I lost my pet Quaker (cuddles) a while back... it hit me so hard that I still wont have another pet to this day.
