What you need are people who can fix the problem with yoville!!!! Bought new house on Sunday morning and have not been able to get on since. It is not my computer, tried to get on my hubby's laptop and still stuck at 75%. Spent alot of money since joining yoville and very disappointed that you people just don't seem to care!!!!

It took only 11 days to receive a non-reply to a question about feeding pets from Zynga support (Micah) telling me to check the knowledge base and if I still have a problem, sorry! Then the ticket was closed. The same night, items disappeared from my home and inventory, including items purchased with YoCash. I just submitted a ticket for that. I have NEVER shared my password, so I don't want to keep hearing that no one can take anything from me unless I give out my personal info. They can, and they have! it's been such a fun game, until now...I hope you can hire programmers who can make the game more secure.

i would hope that you have a really good explanation for not dealing with the outrageous hacking problem happening on yoville...i was hacked and robbed of 250k+, all my buddies were erase, all my collectibles, my valentine's day stuff, my clothes, 63 whiteboards, there were items that i bought with yocash, that i paid with actual money...i also had about 12 costumes stolen as well, 6 jokers, 6 skeletons...i just hope to be reimbursed...this was a very fun game...but as of recently...i have thought very much of deleting this application and never playing again...i just wish something would be said...like you guys care at least...and will do everything possible to get our stuff back...and the reporting option needs to go...people are running around for no reason whatsoever reporting people...i hope to receive a reply from you on this matter...though i am not gonna hold my breath...and please...not one of those standard shitty replies...one actually written by you yourself

I logged into my YoVille account to find that somebody was in my account and that most of my belongings had been put into inventory.
The hacker was able to boot me out of my account and make off with most of my possessions.
I have lost most all of my possessions and left with two beautiful empty homes, interestingly enough after voicing my dis-satisfaction with the new YoCash concept on the Forum (Feb 9th around 1 am).
I have yet to hear from Zynga, this is your App. what are you doing to correct this problem?
I am so very disappointed that this has happened.
All very sad to think somebody would be this and ruin the game.

In my time playing this game ive spent many months and weeks non stop waiting for new things to come out. I've heard rumors of new things coming out and all sorts. I recently lost over 500k from the stages and wbm's poofing as well as the red velvet robe. I was very disappointed for my loss and ive written an email twice to support over a week ago and no reply or ticket id. I was very disappointed and i wish to keep playing this game. I love it and always will but the hackers need to quit. All i am asking is to be reimbursed

Thank you,
Brody

Fashion Wars on facebook. I love the game and have made many great friends so thankyou for that. BUT,I have spent more money than my husband needs to know about, on limited edition items and now you are giving them away for adding posse!!! (refund please LOL!).The recent changes are causing people to leave the game - no fight list, pets disappear,no NHL, no posse jobs, daily gift never changes, unable to see posse, posse add item never changes etc. Please can someone fix these issues? I need my daily fix!!

I hope this message gets to you Mark because all the admins in the Yoville game have not changed a thing. I have enjoyed Yoville for over a year , happily spent my real money to play and share with my collegues many a time. Most of my buddies now want to leave and will leave the game soon due to the sweet factory change and have lost the passion for the game.
I have written several times on the forum voicing my opinion in a diplomatic manner, however nothings seems to change.
If anyone can do anything, is would be you, so please consider the tons of people who dont like the sweet factory, its clear.
A feedback on this would be greatly appreciated.

I am having an issue that has been going on about two months now. I am desperate to resolve my issues. I have been unable to talk to a real person that can handle my issue nor can I get anyone to call me, or write to me.

I filed several complaints/claims and all I got was a standard reply. I have called the toll free number and requested supervisors, a call back or send me any sort of a personal note to explain the situation. Yet now I hear nothing.I dont even get the standard reply anymore. I am truly heartbroken over this.

I have cancer and facebook/yoville is my only source of socal interaction.
I have a lot of money invested in your game.
I earnestly want to resolve the problems I am facing now so I can continue to enjoy my time on yoville.
Phone numbers I find for Zynga either do not work or no one picks up the phone when it rings.

I am begging you sir to please get in contact with me. I am needing someone that can tell me what happened, why and how it can be fixed. The fun and joy I had when playing in YoVille is now filled with depression and despondency. It is hard to imagine a company that has so many fans and players to want to alienate a good paying one like me.
