What you need are people who can fix the problem with yoville!!!! Bought new house on Sunday morning and have not been able to get on since. It is not my computer, tried to get on my hubby's laptop and still stuck at 75%. Spent alot of money since joining yoville and very disappointed that you people just don't seem to care!!!!

hackers are running the show in YoVille, and your customer service closes cases were i have given details of this. Your game is full of server problems, scams, and hackers and yet you charge people money to play. I purchased items to have them stolen the same night. Don't boast too much about your game.

It took only 11 days to receive a non-reply to a question about feeding pets from Zynga support (Micah) telling me to check the knowledge base and if I still have a problem, sorry! Then the ticket was closed. The same night, items disappeared from my home and inventory, including items purchased with YoCash. I just submitted a ticket for that. I have NEVER shared my password, so I don't want to keep hearing that no one can take anything from me unless I give out my personal info. They can, and they have! it's been such a fun game, until now...I hope you can hire programmers who can make the game more secure.

i would hope that you have a really good explanation for not dealing with the outrageous hacking problem happening on yoville...i was hacked and robbed of 250k+, all my buddies were erase, all my collectibles, my valentine's day stuff, my clothes, 63 whiteboards, there were items that i bought with yocash, that i paid with actual money...i also had about 12 costumes stolen as well, 6 jokers, 6 skeletons...i just hope to be reimbursed...this was a very fun game...but as of recently...i have thought very much of deleting this application and never playing again...i just wish something would be said...like you guys care at least...and will do everything possible to get our stuff back...and the reporting option needs to go...people are running around for no reason whatsoever reporting people...i hope to receive a reply from you on this matter...though i am not gonna hold my breath...and please...not one of those standard shitty replies...one actually written by you yourself

Ive lost over 45,000 in yo ville coins...spent 90.00 in real world money and for what, for your customer message service not to answer any of my phone calls, or you, to be put on hold buy deaf ears, all the while you have my money, i've upheld my end of the agreement payment in full, you sir, need to look into this and help your customers.

I logged into my YoVille account to find that somebody was in my account and that most of my belongings had been put into inventory.
The hacker was able to boot me out of my account and make off with most of my possessions.
I have lost most all of my possessions and left with two beautiful empty homes, interestingly enough after voicing my dis-satisfaction with the new YoCash concept on the Forum (Feb 9th around 1 am).
I have yet to hear from Zynga, this is your App. what are you doing to correct this problem?
I am so very disappointed that this has happened.
All very sad to think somebody would be this and ruin the game.

In my time playing this game ive spent many months and weeks non stop waiting for new things to come out. I've heard rumors of new things coming out and all sorts. I recently lost over 500k from the stages and wbm's poofing as well as the red velvet robe. I was very disappointed for my loss and ive written an email twice to support over a week ago and no reply or ticket id. I was very disappointed and i wish to keep playing this game. I love it and always will but the hackers need to quit. All i am asking is to be reimbursed
Thank you,
Brody

You probably pay as much attention to this blog and comments as you do to your games. You started a good thing that has gone to crap. Cheaters, glitches, anything that can go wrong with gangs wars has. Your programmers receive complaint after complaint about cheaters, and yet nothing is done. The same cheaters that got 'reset' and/or 'banned' have all come back and have gotten strong on a glitch that has been reported over and over again. Doesn't your reputation or the reputation of your company mean anything to you.

At 5 14 pm yesterday my friend and I each had 100 million play poker chips stolen by hackers on texus hol em poker through facebook, all our chips, fb admin say its not their problem.
PPL r getting hacked more often than not and not enough is being done to stop it or to refund those who like me are very careful with personal info yet still get mugged, Zynga say that they usually refund stolen chips butI know of the many dozens of players who have been hacked none of them have been refunded....thats ZERO.
The site does'nt allow us to delete 'all' of our poker buddies at our leisure, which makes things difficult.
The zynga website says to submit a ticket detailing what happened to my chips but it's unclear where to find such a ticket, so I simply sent a question to them and recieved an automated response, I wont hold my breath, i figure those chips are gone, whats the point in continuing in the game for it to happen again, more lambs will take my place and the hackers will continue to slaughter us beneath the carelessly wavering eye of zynga, facebook, my space, bebo and all the companies interested only in profit, or atleast thats how it appears at the moment, no players/customers have any faith, everyone seems to waiting for the inevitable....to be hacket, and they're right to think as they do.
Can anything be done:Yes....the monster appls vampires etc seem to be detecting hackers and dealing with them, they seem to moniter the problem fairly well by doing all that they can do, thats the developer of those appls whos achieved that, but will anything be done on texus hold em or on all the other sites (payed and fake cash)where hackers rule the roost, well I doubt it, but you never no.
